Sonari College has completed fifty two glorious years as the premier educational institution of Charaideo district. The Sonari College Golden Jubilee Celebration commenced on 5th August 2019 when the inaugural ceremony was held. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic the closing ceremony had to be postponed and was held on 9th to 11th September, 2022. A number of works both academic and infrastructure related were undertaken by the college as initiatives to mark the Golden Jubilee period.
